[CPAP] Cpap settings help-newbie

Cpap settings help-newbie
Hi all,
I'm new to using Cpap and  I've had difficulty adjusting to it for a while now. My specialist put my pressure at a fixed 7.8. The two issues are: waking up in 1 to 2 hours and my AHI is a bit high. I have some idea of what terms in Oscar like "clear airway" mean but I'm not sure what to adjust.

My mask is the Airfit F40.

I also have data from Oct but I stopped using the machine for a while until recently.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

My two pence is first you need to be titrated and we can figure out what pressure(s) work for you with data. Once we have the requisite data you can make a decision as to whether you want to use a fixed or auto pressure.

If you want to do that, use the following for a few nights.

Min pressure 8
Max pressure 15
EPR 2 full-time
No ramp

After a few nights post a chart or two and folks can help fine-tune things.
