RE: CPAP DOESNT SEEM TO HELP.
Not sure what's going on as yet. There's no OSCAR charts attached.

Sorry about that.  Cannot get it to attach correctly.  Will try again later.

That chart seemed to stick in place. With the lingering Hypopnea, it may require increasing the min pressure up from the current 5.

I'm seeing pretty significant flow limitation in the statistics. Considering how pressure is rising, it looks to me like you could just move to PS 5.0 and perhaps have better results.

These are the additional charts from 5-12 - the night that gave me the leakage issues.

I still want to address the flow limits with more pressure support. I would have no problem with EPAP min 6.0, but definitely PS 5.0.

RE: CPAP DOESNT SEEM TO HELP.
Hello
been going great before last week or so. My AHI starting climbing. Most of the last 3 months have been below an AHI of 3.0 or less. Then it started to climb for no reason know to me. I have attached 2 nights of OSCAR one with a good reading about 2 weeks ago. any help would be appreciated.

RE: CPAP DOESNT SEEM TO HELP.
My take is it appears the PS 5.6 might be setting you up for some to all of this CA. However, the CA and OA events look somewhat clustered like Positional Apnea would give.

You might want to ease up on the PS down to 5 for now, and also take a look at how thick you pillow is. Is it a stack or very thick? It might be kinking your neck to restrict the airway. Have you needed to get a soft cervical collar to address this already?
