Tomorrow I will try again (I will cover my mouth with tape), then with the second mask.
But I'm starting to have enough of this barren fun. It does not lead to anything.

Friday. Again a leak, but maybe because my mask has fallen at night. It's quite delicate.

Ask for a trial of ASV therapy. That is what you need. I don't know why your doctors cannot understand that a person with predominately central apnea and CSR needs ASV. I have no idea what happened during your last sleep study, but the results were not typical for you. Two different machines are telling you the problem. What harm could an ASV trial do? It would likely clear up your problem.

RE: Does the infarction affect the breathing in the device?
Saturday, another night with a N30i mask.
The course of events: 1) To eliminate any of my mouth breathing I plastered mouth by strong silver tape. 2) ) I put on the mask and checked for leaks: - I blew into the mask, there were no leaks, especially the eyes didn’t feel the gusts. - I disconnected the pipe, blocked with my hand the place where the pipe was connected to the mask and blew it. No leaks. So the mask was tight. 3) I went to sleep in a mask, but before I fell asleep I had to get up to the toilet after half an hour. I pressed the button on the device and the instrument showed 36 apnea and a red smile. 4) On my return from the toilet, I first checked the unit again: the unit now showed 56 events and a red smileys. 5) I woke up in the morning. The mask fell from under my nose, the tape was held tight, I slept well. Conclusions: 1) Mouth breathing does not occur me, fortunately I do not have to sleep with a mask on my whole face. 2) I sleep comfortably in the N30i mask, but the mask is too delicate for me, does not maintain tightness. But not only because it fell me, there must be another cause of leakage, maybe the harness is too tight. 3) The results of the mask + device in my case are strange, I don’t know if reliable. 4) There is no indication that this mask and this device are reducing my apnea, so maybe I should sleep without the device, since it doesn't give me anything.

"I don't know why your doctors cannot understand that a person with predominately central apnea and CSR needs ASV." How do you know that I have central apnea? From unbelievable readings of my device? You accepted that the results are certain. Are you really sure ? That's the point: believe these results or not? So it's all a matter of faith, not reason?
