I'm not sure if you've been given this advice in this thread yet, but you should not sleep on your back, as this can increase the severity of CSR and central apneas. Sleeping on your side is best.

I've come across this in multiple papers, for example see here: https://academic.oup.com/sleep/article-p...8-1045.pdf

You are showing significant improvement, but in the past this has been inconsistent.

Instead of using the menu File/Report, try using View/Take Screenshot. This will save a .png image in My Documents/Oscar/Screenshots.

If, however, there will be an improvement tonight, I will be able to speak for the classic: The report of my death was an exaggeration.

Pressure and apnea - all this is still very variable, it oscillates like a sinusoid.

Advice given on Apnea Board is not professional. We are here to provide support for each other. We promote patient empowerment. You can take the advice you get here to your doctor, and if you are not satisfied with your doctor, find another.

If your doctor is not supplying you with the machine that you feel is the correct one, be prepared to discuss it with that doctor. Understand why you're asking for a different type of machine. Write it down and take it with you to your doctor appointment. If none of that works, find another doctor who will listen to you and provide you with answers that satisfy you.

@ Sleeprider
It's quite obvious to me. Did you think I understand it differently?

You may want to quote or refer to the post to which you are replying - otherwise, it can be difficult to figure out the intent of your post.
