Guidance on ASV Settings.
Hello,
Lately, I have not been sleeping well and started tinkering with my ASV machine. Originally I was on static ASV and switched over to Auto-ASV. I am side sleeper and been also having tooth pain in the back of molar the past months. I used to have 0.2 or 0.3 AHI, but gaining weight over the months, my breathing changed I notice.
I am working on my diet to get back down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
