For starters it helps if you have either an SD card slot on your computer OR a USB interface for your CPAP.

Welcome to the forum
You need a card reader (does not have to be Resmed) and software
Here is download link to either software ... ResScan or SleepyHead

btw ... S9 Elite is fixed pressure machine, not Auto pap
your profile showing .... Machine: Auto Pap S9 Elite - CPAP Pressure: AutoPap

RE: How to upload SD card??
For your S9 Elite, you can use either ResScan or SleepyHead, both available via this site.

Once they are installed, you put the card into the reader (assuming you have one) and tell the software where it is.

You should try both for a while to decide which one you like. Some use just one, some use both.

If you install ResScan, follow the directions exactly! Do NOT install the drivers.

If you use Windoze, SleepyHead it will want to update but will say it failed. Shut down the program. Find the .exe file or the shortcut. Right click and select "Run as Administrator". Then run the program. It will update this time. It is the only time you have to do that. Unless there's another update, of course.

And yes, you either have the Elite or the Autoset. There is not Auto Elite.

Take a deep breath and count to zen.

S9 Escape Auto is not full data capable machine, only shows AHI but no breakdown of events (AI, HI, CAI)
and how many hours using the machine each night
No mask fit feature, No leak, No central apnea detection or enhanced algorithm, No efficacy data on the card so there is nothing to read

You need either S9 AutoSet or S9 Elite, Both are full data capable machines

Every S9 have an SD card for compliance reporting to meet insurance requirement
If you,re in US and got the machine from DME thru your insurance
Maybe machine can be swapped with the AutoSet

I,m not too familiar with the system, if machine is rented to own or whatever
Maybe someone with know how can chime in
