Surgery for OSA and UARS, help with allergies, food?
Hello,
I posted earlier so here is more information (http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...#pid434634)

I am wondering about people and success they have with UARS.  I was diagnosed with mild positional sleep apnea, and now I wake up regularly due to the resistance of my turbinates.
Does anybody have experience with allergies and exasperating the turbinates?

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Thanks
