Hi! This is today's charts:
   
I reduced EPR to 2, and sadly it didn't help. I got hypopneas and a lot of centrals again.
Although it seems like today I had significantly more leaks, so it's hard to know.

I have just this week found something i would never have believed without seeing.

I have raised my pressures to levels i have never had before, Flow Limits <1  , Tidal Volume has increased, reduced AHI and Time in Apnea to <1 and seconds worth of events.
Almost no CA events AND

Incredibly absolutely NO LEAKS.!!?? Even with higher pressures!

So seeing your charts, even though you are new i am thinking similar for you.

However, i have a few different things going on like NO EPR, Full Face Mask and VCOM so can't be 100% sure.

One other thing that you could try is set your machine for Full Face, even though you are using pillows.
Also adjust pressure higher by 1 cm.

So you might try...    7 -9 cm,    EPR2  

or begin trialing without EPR

Hi, SeePak.
I don't know, I already tried 7-9 cm (EPR 3) pressure and AHI was high like today's. But I also tried 6-7 cm EPR 3 and it was lower, at 1.76 You can see that in previous charts I already shared. I also shared tidal volume of previous days.

So I'm not sure if higher pressure is the answer. I might try the same settings again today but trying to have less leakage. 
I could also try CPAP at 6cm, or 7-9 cm again but with EPR 1 or 0. I'm not particularly inclined to any of this settings, I guess I'll have to try and see.
