Your flow limit is bad. This is driving your pressure to its upper limits. I would suggest that you set your EPR to 3, minimum pressure to 12 and the maximum to 14, and no ramp (if used). This should show if your apnea can be brought down to acceptable levels.

As said before your flow limits are very high. Flow limits are apnea just like H and O events. All that means is apnea (cutting down air) is categorized by the amount of blockage and amount of time the blockage lasts. I have how they are categorized in my signature.
Flow limits stop you from getting restful sleep or can wake you up. we fight flow limit’s using ERP (exhale pressure relief) To use the EPR you have to do 2 things. 1. Set EPR to full time at 3 2. Set the min to at least 7 Give it a try tonight and post your results tomorrow.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
