Help Interpreting Lofta Sleep Test
Hey guys, I have been pointed to this forum from Reddit. According to the folks over there, this community is one of the most helpful on the internet! I hope y'all can help me interpret the attached Lofta at home sleep test results.
I have an appointment with the Lofta rep tomorrow morning to go over my test results, but I want to be armed with some opinions/recs before going into that discussion. I have heard they can be quite salesy, and I don't want to make any quick decisions.
Thanks in advance!
JK I can't post links or pictures apparently... Text below:
AHI: 16.1
RDI: 35.0 per hour
Snoring: 39.1% of sleep time > 40dB
Oxygen Saturation: 89% Min O2 Sat; 96% Ave O2 Sat
Sleep Stages: 51% light sleep; 22% deep sleep; 27% REM Sleep
Any other stats I should have included?
RE: Help Interpreting Lofta Sleep Test
Welcome to the forum.
That Says Low Moderate Sleep Apnea.
The question is what is the breakdown of the AHI, Central or Obstructive,?

RE: Help Interpreting Lofta Sleep Test
Good point. I am 26 and have already shown signs of developing hypertension, but I am not overweight at all. Athletic build - workout 6 days a week. I think that is another datapoint that could be flagging that my oxygen levels are too low during sleep.
