CPAP Not Helping... Possible UARS??
Hi All,
Diagnosed with mild sleep apnea, 6.2 AHI (all hypopneas), average 93 oxygen saturation (lowest 85%). I'm tall and (relatively) thin, mid 30s, not much of a snorer, etc. Severe symptoms including severe cognitive difficulties, EDS, anxiety, etc etc.
Less sleep than usual this particular night, but I chose it because its the "cleanest" looking one I could find, but there are still a ton of these weird looking parts in my flow rate/limitation.
Current working theory I plan to start testing tonight is that even these smaller flow limitation spikes are somehow interrupting my sleep, so going to try and set a fixed pressure at 9.2 with 2 or 3 EPR.
Does any of this make sense for UARS? unfortunately, my doctor didn't seem very knowledgeable so think its going to be a battle to get looked at again. I've got a ton more data to show if it can help, most nights my flow limitation is higher and there are hours more choppy breathing.
Thanks!
