Some of you are probably familiar with that little smurf coming at night with his little fluffy feather, tickling your nose under the mask. Well, I managed to reduce the instances of tickling by :
1. Wiping the inside of the mask with Alcohol every evening.
2. Avoiding coffee as much as possible.
3. Trimming nasal hair.
4. Most important for me... Adding a little spoiler inside my full face mask to deflect direct air tickling my nose. This one managed to reduce the amount of tickles really dramatically.
However, I do wake up about once a night due to nose tickles. Any ideas ?
