ResMed AirSense 10 Auto AHI report inaccuracy?
I have had a ResMed S9 Auto setting 9-13 pressure with no difficulty. I have had 12 nights with new AutoSense Air 10 same setting. The pressure reading states 12.8. Since so close to max of 13, does this mean I should increase pressure? The AHI states 0.3. However, I am noticing "startle" awakenings--about 4x last night. Is the AHI reading accurate?

I wouldn't raise pressure without really looking at your data. Download the free SleepyHead software. That will give you a better idea of what is going on. http://OSCAR Official Download Page ----> CLICK HERE ./

RE: ResMed AirSense 10 Auto AHI report inaccuracy?
If you had an AHI of 0.3 average per hour and you awoke 4 times in 8 hours of sleep, that would be 0.5 per hour. I expect the 0.3 is correct. Could be 2 in 6 hours, etc...
