I think the results speak for themselves took a bit of getting used to the pressure but from 2:30 until 6:00 I had the most amazing sleep not for many years have I woken and wondered where the hours had gone.

    So this is how its used to be on APAP

    and this is my first night with ASV

THAT IS AMAZING! Good for you, I'm so happy you have found something that works.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

WOW, looks like you have the correct machine and you will start to feel better soon. Some times you have to take health issues in your way because health care systems are so slow to react to a persons health needs!
