Hi bnelson1014
C-Flex pressure relief can make therapy more comfortable for people who find it hard to exhale against pressure by reducing pressure at the start of exhalation and returning to set pressure just before inhalation

Setting of "1" provide small amount of pressure relief, higher numbers provide more relief. None is off, no pressure relief

No harm in trying and see what you think, everyone is different

Hi bnelson1014,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
Flex is a comfort feature, so it's whatever setting you feel more comfortable with. Some people use it and others don't. If you find that you don't like it, turn it completely off.
Hang in there for more responses to your post and best of luck to you with your CPAP therapy.
