I have a ResMed S9. I just hit the button and go to sleep.

RE: Settings?
G'day Howard. Welcome to Apnea Board.
I suggest you get hold of the clinician manual for your machine, which will give you all you need to know. You can get the manual here: https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-p...tup-manual Make sure you follow the instructions exactly. You will need to know exactly which model S9 you have - there are many. The model name is printed near the power button, and typically would be "Escape", "Elite", "Autoset" or any one of several "VPAP" models. To get to the settings: Press the two silver buttons (Setup and Info) simultaneously and hold for 3 - 5 seconds. Then scroll down to the settings sub-menu - it looks like a pair of meshing gears. Click on that and all your settings will now be visible.
