Long story short:
- After being diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea I was a long time CPAP user for about 2 years roughly 2 years ago.
- Everything looked good AHI wise but using CPAP still gave me brain fog and fatigue even after trying out various settings.
- Since then I've stopped using CPAP and am now using an incline bed which has improved my brain fog and fatigue more significantly than CPAP but the brain fog and fatigue is still there and is still considerable.
Attached are screenshots of some recent CPAP sessions, I still had the same brain fog and fatigue like I did 2 years ago after these sessions though but maybe there's something obvious I'm missing when it comes to the settings.
I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions.
1st set of screenshots is for the first night where I left my setting pretty open to see what data I get.
2nd night is when I turned EPR on since I recall feeling much better the day after if I turn it on.
