[CPAP] What's the best CPAP for reducing RERA events

What's the best CPAP for reducing RERA events
Hey! I got 1.8 AHI but 10 RDI which jumps to 20 when I sleep on my left side,

I want a CPAP machine that's:
  • Really easy to get used to
  • Reduces my RDI as much as possible
and was also wondering:

What do you think of Lofta for cpap machines?

Are Apap machines bad at reducing RDI?

RE: What's the best CPAP for reducing RERA events
You should do well with an APAP or a BiLevel, but the BiLevel is hard to obtain through insurance.

Did you have your sleep study through Lofta?  Their prices look to be about the same as many other online vendors.

You can also upload your Lofta results here for review if you like.

Most folk here like the ResMed AirSense or AirCurve line of Pap machines, but try to buy a product that is supported by OSCAR.  Are you going through insurance or buying on your own?

Here's a guide to help you:
