If you go to the ResMed site you can search on 'repair manual' and this will bring up a number of options, as well as a button at the bottom to contact them.
Note: I'm an epidemiologist, not a medical provider.

There isn't one. Resmed has the diagnostic testing setup on a private web site that only Resmed dealers can access via password. Most of the machines are set to Resmed themselves for repair.
