Will hard sneeze be counted as Obstructive Event?
In last session, around 7 am I got up but was simply coasting last few mins at bed while still having mask on. I did few hard sneezes at 7:06 am. I checked my AppleWatch to record the time to check later in OSCAR to see whether it was recorded as a Snore event and hence know the time exactly. My OSCAR data shows it as a OS event! I did not record the exact seconds as I have analog time display.
So I'm wondering whether my hard sneezes were counted as OS event by CPAP machine? OR probably I woke up after the OS event and had my hard sneezes? I was fairly awake but had some stints of sleep. My AppleWatch also shows few mins of REM cycle in the last 15-20 mins of sleep and exactly a minute of REM between 7:05 and 7:06.
PFA snapshots for reference. PS: I'm on central and OSCAR data is in eastern I guess.
I understand this post might be too nerdy or too silly for some, just want to clarify my thoughts and learn from it. Thank you!
