[CPAP] SPO2 Levels
#11
RE: SPO2 Levels
I will guess that only sleeping 5-6 hours is what is leaving you feeling tired.  However, it could be thyroid problems, low Vitamin D, or several other things.  I suggesting having your doctor work though this and order whatever tests are needed.  I'd also work on trying to increase your sleeping time.  If you get up after 5-6 hours, read a book or do something not energetic or exciting, can you go back to sleep in an hour or so?   You may be a bi-phasic sleeper, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biphasic_a...rical_norm and Google "bi-phasic sleep" for lots more.

Hi Chill, I do usually sleep during the day. Not in the morning, it is usually in the afternoon or sometimes early evening and it is not for longer than 1 hour. I don't make a conscious effort to sleep during the day, it just happens in situations like you mention! This brings my total sleep time to 6-7 hours so maybe bi-phasic sleep.
