I will guess that only sleeping 5-6 hours is what is leaving you feeling tired. However, it could be thyroid problems, low Vitamin D, or several other things. I suggesting having your doctor work though this and order whatever tests are needed. I'd also work on trying to increase your sleeping time. If you get up after 5-6 hours, read a book or do something not energetic or exciting, can you go back to sleep in an hour or so?
