Really low AHI but feeling sleepy during the day
[attachment=42699]
Hi

I have been using Airsense 10  with fixed pressure of 20.  I use the Knightbridge chin strap. Also, I use a cervical collar.
I have had issues with positional sleep apnea and these are under control nowadays.

However, despite best AHIs , I am feeling sleepy during the day. I must take a nap during the day.

It appears that there are number of spikes in flow rate. Attached are screen shots. Please let me know

Thanks

Not knowing your history, how did you land on a straight pressure of 20 cm? You may be over-pressuring (if there is such a term) your therapy. You do have some flow limitations, but not much. Have you tried a pressure range of (let's say) 15 to 20 with a full time EPR of 2cm?

Turn on EPR full-time at 3. That will give you bilevel pressure with inhale at 20 and exhale at 17. It's very unusual to see someone that need 20 cm pressure all the time. You might want to use a lower minimum pressure like 12 or 14 and see if you really need this high pressure. The machine will automatically increase pressure if you do.
