That's progress to reduce total events by 50%. What collar and size did you get? It might be possible to tweak the fit if you can figure out what leads to events for you. It may require a little higher cushion for the chin, a looser fit at the throat, and your pillow may still be an issue. As I said when we started positional treatment, it may take more than one night, and some experimentation. I hope some members with personal experience in doing this will also offer some ideas. I know some have used a night camera to correlate events with position and gotten insight on how to treat it. Just know this is significant progress and use that as inspiration to make it better.
