CPAP tube temp...
Quick question: What temperature do people heat their tube to. I just recently increased mine to 80% along with raisng humidity level to the max to combat dry mouth. Anyone else have this issue. Thanks in advance,

RE: CPAP tube temp...
The tube temp is to prevent rainout. The humidifier temp will control the amount of moisture. Neither one will prevent dry mouth. That comes from your mouth being open. The humidifier will help keep your sinuses moist though.

RE: CPAP tube temp...
There’s nothing I can do tube-wise to correct for dry mouth. Sorry to say.
I’m going to the hippie co-op to get a mini spritzer with a tiny tube on the sprayer. Sneak tiny tube under the face mask, give it a spritz..... Aaahhhhhhh...

RE: CPAP tube temp...
Hi,
I just got a new tube for my AirSense10 but I don’t feel it warm. I raised the temp to 86 and still won’t feel warm to the touch. I feel my nose doesn’t get so cold during the night but worry of the tube may not be working properly. When I plug it it friendly states it is plugged, just like it says on the manual. Any experience you can share with me would be appreciated. Thanks!

RE: CPAP tube temp...
Your not going to feel any heat on the outside of the tube.
