CSR, right? How much is a concern?

CSR, right? How much is a concern?

I think I have some Cheyne Stokes respiration here, is that right? I understand ResMed machines flag some breathing that way incorrectly, but this looks like graphs I can find online.

How much of a concern is this? It is pretty occasional. I highlighted the worst episode, but most nights there isn't any.

Note, I had surgery on Jan 24 which caused a lot of disruption. Also, this is a pretty new machine, just a couple month's data available. I don't have data from the older machines. I've been doing CPAP for 13 years. I'm taking muscle relaxer and Tylenol PM at bedtime because of the surgery, but normally don't take any kind of sleeping aid.

Thank you!

Clinkapin,
Yes, that looks like a typical pattern of CSR, but unless you see this on your graphs regularly, or you have a history of heart problems, I doubt this is anything.
It may also be just periodic breathing.

It's always best to to double check with your doctor or a cardiologist to rules out any heart issues.

Your recent surgery and meds you may be taking could have an affect on your therapy too.

Your summary statistics suggest this is the worst case, and not typical. That appears to be CSR and if was happening routinely I'd be concerned. What happens when you use less EPR?
