Getting Started and Struggling with Leaks and High AHI

I just started therapy last Thursday with an Aircurve 11 bipap with an F & P Vitera full face mask. I'm really struggling to find a solution to mask leaks. I don't think I can get the mask any tighter without it getting uncomfortable. The first three nights, I experienced horrible aerophagia to the point where I felt like I was about to explode and had to stop therapy in the middle of the night. Fortunately, sleeping at an incline helped relieve these symptoms significantly though not completely. I had hoped this would help with the leaks but it seems to be worse now with an even higher AHI. With all of that said, I feel much better the past two days.

I'm at a loss for what to do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

A few things stick out here, the mode is unkown which is strange, so do a hard reset:

restore default settings:

From the Clinical Home screen, tap SETTINGS

Move down the menu to find CONFIGURATION options

Tap Restore Defaults

Tap OK to confirm or CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

To erase data from the device:

From the Clinical Home screen, tap SETTINGS

Move down the menu to find CONFIGURATION options

Tap Erase data

Tap OK to confirm or CANCEL to return to the previous screen.

Now turn Ramp off and set min epap to 10cm to begin, 4cm is much too low-your leaks and events are out of control, but we will also please need to know what your sleeping position/setup is at this time (pillows/elevation/position during sleep).
