Can't get Trend Data from Encore Basic

That was a false positive. The only thing that has changed by checking "return card to same user" is that Encore no longer warns me after a download that "card does not belong to current patient"

Any thoughts on why I can't see trend data with Encore Basic? Would Encore Pro solve this? Are there free downloads for Encore Pro?
