Use Oscar twice in one night

I notice that there is always a lot of events which occur when I awaken at 330 AM and go to the bathroom. This has been a nightly event. AHI before 330 is usualy <1. After 330 AHI becomes greater than 3.5 sometimes above 5.
On July 3 night I awoke at 4 and removed my SD card (resmed airsense11 ) read it (ahi .52) replaced the card and returned to sleep.
When I finally awoke, I placed the card in my mac to read again and I received a message that the days event was already been read. 
Is this correct or did I put the card back in my machine incorrectly at 4am?

OSCAR uses the date to determine if it is new data. Since you already imported data for that date, it has been recorded as imported. In order to get the new data, purge that day's data from OSCAR, then reimport it from your card.
