Cannot access detailed graphs in ResMed software

I have tried everything to get this info. All I can see is the

Settings, Statistics, and Summary graphs

The Navigation and Detailed graphs are not available. I watched the video and that did not help. I have changed the options to display the graphs. All I see when I click on the Navigation and Detailed is

No detailed information available.

Anyone?

Does that machine even record detailed info, don't remember the lower end version names but I know they are out there. For your sake I hope not, but someone will tell you soon.

Yes, the ResMed S9 Elite model does record detail data, unlike the Escape model.

Are you sure when you changed the setting from usage that it took?

I'd walk through the settings again and make sure it held.

When you start the software, on the download page is a box where you can select to download Summary Data, Detailed Data, or All Data. See the screenshot (below) of that selection box. There is also a box on that same page you can check to SAVE your selection for all downloads:
