He definitely was sawing logs the other night between 0040 and 0140.
Keep us posted with OSCAR Reports and do start your own thread once you get your machine.
No. He is not using anything for allergies.
The dr adjusted his machine to APAP and it looks like his AHI is much better. But now he constantly is moving and kicking me at night. IDK if he was always doing that, or if I am just now noticing it because I go to bed later than I used to, due to a job termination, and if its just because now I am awake to be aware of what he was doing, and before I was asleep and unaware of him.
RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
An overview, and last nights. I think everything looks okay.
RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
On your Left hand Panel, If you drag the slider down there is more information that is valuable for us to assist you. For future screen shots be sure to capture the same information that you have always captured in your first screen shot, then scroll the left hand panel slider down to capture Device Settings and Session Information for your second screenshot to include the graphs your first screenshot did not capture..
He was previously at 9 cmH2O, I am not sure but the last I remember you reduced EPR to 2.0 cmH2O due to CA Events.
He may be starved for air at this current setting, set his Minimum pressure to 8 cmH2O, and bump his EPR up to 3 cmH2O. His CA Events are down from previous post, it is possible they were TECSA, now that he is acclimated to the PAP therapy they are reduced. The increase EPR will help reduce his flow limitations therefore reduce the pressure increase in APAP mode.
Any questions, concerns or doubts please post back.

RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
Not sure what everything you said means. But I bummed the min pressure up to 8 and the epr up to 3.
Do you need the other screenshots now?
Otherwise I can see how he does on the adjusted setting
RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
We do not need second screenshot needed at this time.
I have included a screenshot of mine,
It was requested that I provide a screenshot of an OA Event that occurred at ~0205. That I pin the Events, Flow Rate & Mask Pressure Graphs, I also moved my Pulse & SpO2 graphs up to display.
In the left hand panel, I opened the Events tab just below the current Date, then opened the Obstructive listings, then clicked on the time 02:07, the time closest to Event requested.
It was also requested that I include the breaths leading up to the event as well as recovery breaths, so I put the cursor back in the graphs area of the OSCAR Report, then used the < and > keys to slide the time frame to more center the event.
Finally I returned to the Details tab of the left hand panel and moved the slider down to capture the information in the bottom half of the left hand panel.
Then I took the screenshot.
I know this may seem overwhelming at first, you will get it.
I am also including two links to CPAPFriend, a forum member, YT videos showing how to navigate the OSCAR Report. He will cover this information.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32JwMc6dphQ&t=12s
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujaoKvBnP00&t=10s
After you review the YT videos print this post when you set down to practice, if you have any problems following it.
Any questions, concerns or doubts please post back.
RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
Thank you. It is all very overwhelming. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet.
Here is last nights data:

Help he's still kicking and thrashing all night long. Sometimes gasping for air or making a noise like he was screaming or something.
I have ADHD and cannot bring myself to concentrate on the video to learn the machine and software better. His ahi is still less than 5.
RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
Have you had him checked for Periodic Limb Movement (PLM) by his doctor? Google it.
I can not see any indication that CPAP therapy adjustments would clear these symptoms.
Do stay in touch and let us know what you find out?
RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
I have not. But I don't remember him moving around this bad in the past. It feels like a more recent thing. I messaged the doctor on his portal.
RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
Iron deviancies and some medications may result in the onset of PLM.
See Here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK560727/
Hang in there, I realize this is not easy for either of you.
