Change from Fixed Pressure to Auto Settings. Feedback needed, please!

Change from Fixed Pressure to Auto Settings. Feedback needed, please!
I was on a fixed presure of 13 and EPR2 for a long time but for the last four days I changed to Auto Mode Min 11 Max 15 EPR2.
Based on what you can see from the charts, is there anything out of the ordinary?
Should I go back to a fixed pressure again but using now the average pressure of the Auto Mode (around 12) as fixed pressure?
I know there are very few events but I still wake up with headaches.
Thanks a lot in advance for your help, forum experts!

I am having trouble seeing these charts. I don't know if others are as well. Please see my signature below on how to attach your data.

From what I can see, your AHI numbers are indeed low. But there is more to good restful sleep than AHI numbers and getting a restful sleep is the most important thing.

I'd leave the settings as they are now on Auto. Your numbers look good. There may be another reason for your headaches besides sleep apnea.

Nito, your results are still fantastic, and Auto CPAP seems to continue the trend to very low event rates. If you are feeling good, then this is all you need. It's entirely your choice based on your own sense of comfort whether to use fixed or auto CPAP. It's interesting that on your Sleephead chart we see "Desconocido" instead of the settings. Smile Apparently, the numbers don't translate well.

Looks very good. What do you prefer?

Sleeprider,

I went back to a fixed pressure last night but this time I lowered the Max to 12´4. I think I feel better with fixed pressures. Have a look:

Hi Nito,
Looks like you have things narrowed down.  It seems that you are more comfortable using a fixed pressure and there is no clear benefit to switching to Auto Mode.  Your numbers are excellent either way.
Just go by what feels right for you.

As for the headaches, this could come from other causes and may be hard to pin down.
Be sure your room is comfortable, not too warm or too cold. Check the humidity level. Too much or too little could be the culprit. Talk to your Doctor about other reasons for your headaches.

Hi OpalRose,
Today I had no headaches for the first time in a long while.  I guess They were due to too high pressures. I will continue with fixed pressure at 12,4 for a few days. Tomorrow I will get the results of my second Sleep study (with cpap on this time). We will see how it goes.
I will keep you posted.
Thank You everybody for your help!
