Change in altitude
We are camping in the Davis mountains of West Texas at about 5000 feet. Should I change my ResMed S9 VPAP to accomodate the increase in altitude?
CPAP isn't so bad if you don't mind wearing a catchers mask and sleeping with a garden hose.

The S9 automatically adjust to altitude up to 8500 ft
