Chart
Attached is a chart of first night sleeping with my new mask.  I switched to a dreamwear cushion type mask.  It seals much better than the pillow mask I was using.

I would appreciate any advice based on the chart.  I am pretty sure there are some positional issues but curious about any obvious apap adjustments.

Thanks in advance.

RE: Chart
Obstructive events appear to be occurring in clusters suggesting positional apnea. The leak rate is in an acceptable range and most of the events are actually during periods of lower leaks. I think the first thing to do is to look at your sleeping situation and be sure you are not using tall or multiple pillows, or sleeping inclined. Anythng that can cause chin-tuck or an odd angle between the head and neck can obstruct the airway as described in this wiki. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea
