AHI Trending Up
My AHI is trending up recently. As always the numbers are mostly from the Clear Airway Index. Looking at CPAP Statistics, Average Pressure and Average EPAP are also trending up. Does the data suggest a way to reverse this trend?
I had hand surgery in May and back surgery in September so my activity level is down which resulted in an 8% increase in body weight. I realize that can not help but my BMI is 27 so I'm not far into the overweight range.
