Seems as if more users prefer the AutoSet 10 over the 11. My 10 has been great. No issues or problems.

Contact the test provider. Mine had a "prescription" attached that basically said yeah you need a cpap. No one has given me any trouble over it
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and tape
