You don't have a lot of CA's. 4 total for the night is not too bad. In your OSCAR chart, your CA's line up with leaks (even though the leaks are pretty small). Just line up the CA's vertically with the leak graph. You could have changed sleeping position and moved the mask and caused the CA's possibly.
Keep an eye on the CA's. If they stay this small in number, not much to worry about. If they start increasing, there are future measures to take to stop CA's.

Your AHI is low. I wouldn’t worry. As i understand it. Hypopnea’s are simply the restriction of air flow and not the stoppage of it (full apnea) or a short period of shallow breathing.
Others will chime in. But i ‘think’ it can be from getting used to the treatment.
But I’m not a pro at this. In my own case. I had all kinds of ca’s, h’s and very few oa’s. Which had me scratching my head and then the overthinking kicked in. Now after 6 weeks of treatment. I have had two days in the last week with AHI of zero and an average of .5. And one day of high numbers (slept on my back)
While you want to of course see low numbers. It’s more important to watch for improvements in how you feel. And ‘it takes time’ so you need to give it just that. Time

RE: Apex45 - Therapy Thread
Hypopnea are roughly a half to 3/4 Apnea in restriction. If you have a lot, then increase minimum pressure. You didn't, so don't. 0.53 is great. Base things on how you feel.
PS flow limits are up to a half restriction compared to full Apnea, but aren't timed.

Since I'm on benzo withdrawal I feel tired. I don't know if I get delta wave sleep so there's that.
