Oscar won’t download

I am very excited to try Oscar but when I try downloading I get this message
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I have tried two different computers and my phone.  I base tried to make sure my computer properties and access are set up correctly and no luck.  Any one have any ideas on how to fix this?  Is it he issue with the Oscar site?  Thanks!

Hi Snorequeen! -
It sounds like you need to clear your browser's cache and try again. It would really help to advise which OS version of OSCAR you are trying to download, too.

crimson nape ,   Thank you for your input.   I did try that with no luck.  I attached a photo that shows the web page and I am trying to download the 64 bit,  I am wondering if it is an issue with the web site since it looks like they just made an update

It is probably your security settings in either your browser or operating system.

Thank you,  could you go click on the download and see if you get an error code?  I have tried three different computers now updating the security setting, clearing the cache and anything else I could think of

Of course, I'm on a Linux box.  I just downloaded it without any problem.  Here is the actual link:

When I first downloaded the update, I got a screen that said the download was blocked. I had to click through to "more information" to get to a screen to download anyway. Once I got past that, the download happened, but I had to know the download location to click the executable to install it. The new 1.6.0 version works great and is much faster.
