Correlation to Keto- AHI has skyrocketed

RE: Correlation to Keto- AHI has skyrocketed
OK I lied. I said I wouldn't adjust anything for a week...

I went back to my settings a few years ago where there wasn't any Keto/fasting influence and my numbers looked clean. I noticed that, aside from my crazy high PS setting, my EPAP was lower. I also adjusted the PS to 3.0 vs 2.5. So I made that adjustment and I'm happy with the outcome this morning. It almost looks like I could adjust the EPAP down to 6.0 possibly, as the migration down seemed to be a positive direction. I'm posting yesterday and today's results and I'm think I'm in a great place now- comments welcome:

If this one night repeats, would you feel good about that?
Do you feel rested and ready for the day?
If so, my advice is to keep it here for a while and see how things settle in.

When you look back at older data when AHI was higher was it central apnea?

Looking through historicals, for the most part my AHI is below 1, but there are some anomalies such as this one, which there are a lot of CAs- Clear Airway=Central Apnea?

Yeah clear airway is same as central apnea.

My guess is you are somewhat prone to them and the odd things like these diet changes can trigger them to come unhinged (at least briefly).

For the last 5 nights I've had 1-3 instances of CA. I'm assuming that is well under anything to be concerned about? Certainly better than the over 100 instances on the 18th....

1-3 total or CAI (per hour)? If total that is nothing, even if CAI I wouldn't really be worried about it.

It is normal to have some apnea at night, don't chase zero.

I use the same auto bipap dreamstation and had to set my pressure support min to 4.0 and max to 7.0 for it to feel right to me, have you tried that?

Regards

Actually I am having 1-3 CAs per night- so I think at this point I will leave everything where it is
