Anything jump out? I've tried to learn as much as possible about the data but I'm no expert. It's pretty typical although usually I wake up 3 hours in but made it almost 6 hours last night. I'm still not sure that sleep apnea is really the source of my exhaustion but I'm trying. :/

Could some nice person look at my night's data? :)
I have been using cpap for about 3 weeks now. The first few nights showed and AHI around 13 and went down about 1 per night until I got down to 2, but have hovered around 5 for a week now. I was having a ton of leaks out of my mouth so I recently went to the full face mask which has lessened my leaks a lot but hasn't really lowered my AHI.

I still see a big leak problem. You need to get that fixed. Where are you leaking on the Amara View? Are the straps too tight or loose?

From the sides of my nose. I have to fiddle with straps and nose/mouth position for like 5 minutes at least when I first turn on the machine to stop the leaks (they are easy to hear). I get it sealed and go to sleep but it's fickle so I'm not surprised that it leaks at night.

I don't know if this is universal, but with my health group (Kaiser) they are really good about letting people try new masks within the first 30 days. After that, it is trickier as one needs to wait or go out of pocket. You might want to check how your insurance coverage works on new masks in case you have these sorts of windows for ordering as well. Bill

Thanks, yeah I think they said at the sleep specialist that I could try it for a month and trade it if I didn't like it. I liked the design but I guess if it doesn't work properly I'll have to try something else.

What I don't understand is why your machine only goes to 13 cm pressure (briefly) in the presence of snores and flow limits. I think fixing leaks could be a big help and trying other masks can go either way. Worth a try anyway. I suspect your AHI is just taking time to settle down, and will eventually end up under 3. I don't see any need to make change to pressure or therapy other than perhaps increasing ramp minimum pressure.
