Ive increased pressure to no avail what now

RE: Ive increased pressure to no avail what now
When looking at the O and H row, if the events are clusters then that showed positional apnea. You had one cluster in the H and one cluster in O. As I said you do not have much but it is something to watch.

The other thing you asked about min pressure-
The min pressure is your exhale pressure and flex reduces that pressure to make breathing better. The ResMed uses EPR instead and does a better job as it also helps eliminate some flow limits and H events. The Phillips does not seem to do that with those events.

I checked last night I have no control over epap just minimum and maximum pressures, the machine takes care of everything from there but I did turn off flex which is supposed to lower exhalation pressure slightly to make it easier to breathe with.

Then you'll need to increase Min. pressure.

RE: Ive increased pressure to no avail what now
interesting because the min pressure is also where the machine starts me for the night and then adjusts up from there, I was always told to set it just below my therapy zone so i got there more quickly, right now it's between 15.5 and 20 cm/h2o but increasing it has had no impact whatsoever. I tried to correct for the positional apnea and it got much worse so i went back to how i normally sleep. Last night i had bunch of clusters and i woke up this morning with a migraine. I miss my good sleep.

Yes. The ResMed AS10 is supported now, and the AS11 will be soon.

The Phillips DS2 is currently a problem because the SD card data is encrypted.

Resmed Airsense 10 elite and autoset are compatible with OSCAR. The new S11 series is not but the team is working on an OSCAR update that will be.
