Your AHI of 1.03 is very good. The goal of Cpap therapy is an AHI of 5 and under.
The AHI is calculated by the number of events divided by hours of sleep. It is an average per night.
Sleepyhead and your data capable machine figures this out for you. Here is a link to understanding Sleepyhead better.

It looks like you have a good pressure range. An average of 10 means you were at that pressure and under for 50% of the night. You don't say what your 90% pressure number is, but means the same: you were at that pressure and under for 90% of the night.
