Funny story... I asked my doctor to look over my sleep study with me, because in the in lab I could only sleep for 30 minutes total, and I had 1 rera for that time but 32 spontaneous arousals. I wanted to look at the breathing pattern during the SA, and he said that he didn't have the full sleep report and couldn't tell me what the RERA or arousals looked like.
Is there a way to get the full sleep report from an at home test, or is the actual breathwave and stuff not possible to get from them. I was told the machines just go by an algorithm.
