Aircurve 10 VAuto
I just got mine a week or so ago. So far results look very good. However; I have had a System One 750P for 5 or 6 years. There is a learning curve with comfort. I notice that even tho' I turn ramp on in Auto mode it does not light up in ramp. One setting shows it is on but it is not. Also on my exhale when I am breathing lightly I notice the fan pulses in my nasal pillows. I have never experienced this in my other machine. It is a little annoying. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for any input.

Welcome to the board. If you go to the members private area you can get a copy of the clinic manual for your machine.

golfer the VAUTO pulses the air to determine if you are having an apnea. You will adjust to it. The algorithms are different between the Respironics and Resmed machines and it will take a while to become accustomed to the differences.

RE: Aircurve 10 VAuto
I have used the Resmed Aircurve 10 Vauto for several years and have never experienced the sense of "fan pulses". Download the free #Sleepyhead software and post a chart. All of your settings will be there. I have never used ramp on my machine. What are your real settings? Your profile shows 4-16 which is not a bilevel setting. See my profile on the left margin.
