SH [Download Choice]
I am an Apple user in Melbourne Australia.
When attempting to download SleepyHead I am offered 2 choices Download from USA or download from Singapore. Can anyone recommend which one I should download from?

They are both the same, it just depends on how much traffic is using each server. You might get a faster download if the server's local time is in the middle of the night for its locale. #SleepyHead isn't that big so it's really a moot point.

Yep, either one should work fine for you.
The Singapore server is JediMark's server (the author of SleepyHead), while the USA server at SleepFiles.com is owned by Apnea Board, on which JediMark has an administrative FTP account in order to mirror his own server. JediMark makes sure both sites have the exact same files. Our server at SleepFiles.com probably has a more robust system, all else being equal. JediMark's site is on a shared server with several other websites, while our site is on the Apnea Board dedicated server and we only host ApneaBoard.com and SleepFiles.com. Bottom line-- simply choose one and download it. No big difference.
