Lowest night yet
   

Happy. Tonight was my best night yet. 1.74 AHI.  The soft cervical collar in general seems to have made all the difference in the world.
I wonder now how my sleep study would have went with only a soft cervical collar. Or is it really the combination of of the collar + the machine.
Doesnt really seem like I have much/any in the way of obstructive when I use that collar. Mainly the hypopnea.
Questioning if it would have been under 5 just with just the collar.
