Question
Data needed
I have a new Resmed aircurve 10 the myAir app shows how many events I’m having but unlike the Resmed 11 Airsence machine I had prior it doesn’t breakdown the types like central and obstructive. How do I get that information? I’ve went into the clinicians area on the machine but it’s not there. The other only place would be the data csrf I believe.   Any help would be much appreciated.  Paul

RE: Data needed
Hi 5iron!  -  Welcome
Set the Essentials setting from On to Plus.

I would recommend that you obtain an SD card (2–32 GB in size), download OSCAR (a free PC sleep analysis program) and use this for a more detailed view of your CPAP therapy.  Besides the download link it the OSCAR name, you can find the link in the black ribbon at the top of every page here.  Also, if this interests you, please look at the links in my signature for information on OSCAR and posting its images here.

Chrimson Nape has the answer!

Quick side question Nape since I have the same machine. My machine came with the default SD card, can I buy any size SD card and plop it in the machine or does it need to be formatted a certain way? Also is there any size limit on the card? (Sometimes over 4GB cards older software can have issues. Just curious if this might be an issue at all.)

RE: Data needed
Resmed does not manufacture SD cards, but buys them and sticks their label on them.  You can use any brand SD card without problems.

Since you are running a 10 series, any card from 2 to 32 GB will work.  Good luck on finding anything below a 16 GB, though.  The Resmed stores up to 365 days of summary data, 30 days of detailed data, and 30 sessions of high resolution data.  So anything over 4 GB is not used.

RE: Data needed
A clarification... The Resmed documentation says what Red has described...

But experience has shown that the SD card will hold the 365 days of Summary data, but it never erases any detailed data... until the card is full, at which point the machine erases everything and starts over with the ID data and Summary data. So don't let the card get full without backing it up!
