I'd suggest taking screenshots of the reports you've got and then using the Imgur website to create a link you may paste into your apnea board post. That should get it on here assuming the Polylogic software and Imgur play well together, which I think they would.

Hi Franck,
That is great news! I am very interested in how you are getting on because my diagnosed AHI was similar to yours and I am trying some of the same things.
I have been playing the Didgeridoo for about 8 weeks now. I can circular breath when not playing but have not been able to transition it to when I play.
I have lost a bunch of weight and plan to do a retest at the end of Feb, when the 4 months is up. I now am also thinking of getting the Polylogic.
