[Diagnosis] CPAP first week OSCAR results

CPAP first week OSCAR results
Hi,

I have generally nonrestorative sleep, so I got a Withings Sleep Analyzer to track my sleep and it that tells me I might have sleep apnea, so now I am waiting for a sleep study. I got a CPAP in the mean time to see if I get any improvements, but I can hardly sleep more than 4h with the mask on and don't feel any better when using it. So I decided to post some OSCAR data here if anyone can see whether this might be sleep apnea or my data is normal.

Best regards,
James

Hi,

First thing to do just to get things started, is to increase your minumum pressure to 7, with a maximim to 10 and  EPR on 3.

It is too early to read anything into the centrals, as often these reduce over time once your settings are optimised.

Getting a good initial minimum pressure is always a good place to start.

Your sleep study also can be quite instructive in adjusting settings.

You will see in our last graph, a clustering  of events, a tell-tale sign of positional apnea

When posting graphs, best to eliminate the calendar so we can see all your settings.

Thks.
