[Symptoms] New user suffering central apnea

New user suffering central apnea
My wife recently took an at-home study.  (The equipment is from the CPAP manufacturer that did not have a foam recall).  The results of the study was 64AHI with zero central events.   Prescript was for CPAP 5-20mm.   She is trying out an AS10 (Autoset but not the "for her").  She is also using Ultra Mirage small full mask and generic standard 22mm hose with antibacterial filter.  EPR is set at 3 cm.  Response is set at at standard, not soft

She started this therapy about a week ago.  Her AHI has dropped to about 15 but central is always about 10 of that, so if the central was eliminated she would be at or below AHI = 5.

My question is - are the central apnea transient - is this just that she is getting used to CPAP?   If so, how long should we wait before we are concerned?

Since the sleep study didn't show Central Apneas, then what you are seeing may be
Treatment Emergent, and should lessen in time.

Since she is using OSCAR, a screenshot of the daily page would help us give more targeted advice.

You could try lowering the EPR to 2 for a couple nights and note the results in CA's.
Also, take note if other events increased, like Flow Limitation, Hypopnea and Reras.
