A little background: "I have been experiencing unrefreshed sleep, brain fog, snoring, trouble with memory, etc since I was a child so I always suspected OSA but left it untreated well in to adulthood. In the meantime I tried nasal and mouth taping, cervical collar, MAD mouthguard and corticosteroid nasal spray for my non-allergic rhinitis but all these never improved my sleep quality. To my surprise I was tested negative for OSA. AHI was 2.1 and oxygen saturation was 96%. Had 8+ hours of good quality data. This was all I got from my hospital.
I am still waiting (2 weeks already) for an appointment to see an ENT consultant for another consultation. I bought a Resmed AS 10 because I suspected I might have UARS and didn't want to wait for god knows how long."
I am normally on the CPAP/ UARS on Reddit as there was a guy that was helping me. It got to a point where he thinks I don't have OSA (which I don't) and I also don't have UARS either but he is unsure what I have. I have since stop PAP as my CA were quite high and does not seem to go down much.
I have attached my OSCAR results below. Is there any other sleep-related breathing disorder besides SA and UARS that has the symptoms as both?
